Some HISTORY

Door Wood rot Project:
The homeowner called us to replace her sliding glass doors with French doors. However, when we removed the sliding glass doors, we revealed wood rot that had made its way into the flooring and down into the band joist.
The rotted wood was removed and replaced, including the band joist. Once all the new wood as installed, the new door was finally placed into the repaired opening.

Wood rotted Sun Room
The homeowner called us to repair the rotted sill and apron beneath the windows in his sun room. The siding, sheathing, and windows had to be completely removed in order to work on the damaged sill and apron.
The sills and aprons were meticulously rebuilt, and an aluminum sill was placed over the new pressure-treated wood sill for additional protection.
Once all of the sills and windows openings had been rebuilt, the siding was reattached, and all of the exposed new pressure-treated wood was repainted to match the original colors.
